About me:
I'm a recent transplant to the Washington, DC area, and started working for the federal government last September after finishing graduate school. I am the current tenant in this space and am available to show it in person (if you're in DC) or by Facetime otherwise. The landlord lives upstairs and will be available to discuss maintenance requests and other issues.

What we're looking for:
We are looking for someone clean and responsible who we can trust to take very good care of our furniture and space while we are away. The landlord, who lives on the 2nd floor, requires a reference check before signing a lease, and can be available to help with various maintenance requests. We are happy to show the apartment in person if you are in DC, and via Facetime or Zoom otherwise. We will sign a sublet agreement. There will also be a security deposit to cover potential damage during the sublet.
