We loan on 90% of the purchase price, 100% of the rehab, and between 65% and 75%
of ARV. Interest-only loans, Rates 8%-15%. 6-12 month terms. Minimum $30,000.
Once you get the property under contract, that’s when you call me, your Money Gal! I
can also get you a proof of funds letter to bring to the seller to let them know you are
serious and to get the property under contract fast.
