This large (920 sq ft), very clean, bright and airy, two-story guesthouse has two bedrooms, a queen sized bed downstairs and a king sized bed upstairs, each with quality linens and bedding. Each bedroom has a small kitchenette with individual compact refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, dinnerware, flatware, glasses and wine glasses. Please note there is not a Full Kitchen. No stove or oven available.
Each floor has an area for sitting and reading and an area for dining. Organic coffee, tea, breakfast bars and orange juice provided. Large, flat screen television with cable downstairs and smaller, flat screen television with cable upstairs. High speed wireless internet and stereo/CD player. A spiral staircase leads to the spacious second floor which has bamboo flooring throughout and a private balcony surrounded by 50 ft live oak trees. The balcony is a wonderful spot for enjoying morning coffee and the evening sunset. Downstairs bathroom with large, walk-in shower. Many local bakeries, coffee shops, and great local restaurants such as Uchi, Vox Table, Sway, Vespaio, Bouldin Creek Caf , Odd Duck, Lenoir, Winebelly, Barlata and Torchy's Tacos are close-by. We are only 9 miles from the Austin airport and only 2 miles from downtown.
