IB Stores is hiring for the Dallas location. We are looking for an experienced IT Systems & POS Infrastructure Manager to support and manage retail technology systems and infrastructure across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and troubleshoot Oracle Retail POS systems (Xstore, Xcenter, Xenvironment) and store POS hardware
Manage POS peripherals, deployments, upgrades, and patches across retail locations
Monitor and maintain applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for uptime, performance, and stability
Handle networking and security including firewalls, VPNs, logs, and internet connectivity across sites
Administer NetSuite user access, reports, dashboards, and operational reporting
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and Oracle for service requests and issue resolution
