Our living situation is quiet and peaceful and we are respectful of each other's privacy. This is not the home to live in if you like to bring over a lot of friends and have parties.

The master bedroom is available for rent with your own private master bathroom and a custom closet assembly plus an additional second closet. Yes, you read that right--you get the entire master suite, including a beautiful new bathroom with custom shower, plus double sink vanities, two incredibly large clothes closets and your own private balcony. It's really nice having a large space. It's really great having the master suite and it's rare. I was very happy living here with my current roommates and a responsive Landlord.
The Townhouse was renovated by the owner/Landlord when he purchased it a few years ago so everything is nice and modern. There are three levels to the home. The third level has the master bedroom ensuite. The second level is where we have the kitchen. It has luxury furnishings including stainless steel appliances, wooden floors, and granite countertops. The kitchen features electric cooking and plenty of storage cabinets and large pantries. There's a large living room/family room and dining room (hardwood floors), with access to the deck. A half bath is also available for guests. The laundry also has a washer and dryer set with more storage space. The lower level is the rec room with a fireplace and a beautiful new bathroom.
The neighborhood is great--quiet--and the neighbors are very friendly. We are 5 minutes away and centrally located allowing access to 495, 395, and 95 interstates. Metro is here within walking distance, Unbelievable location inside the beltway, close to interstates, shopping, restaurants & public trans (Metro). making commuting to D.C. more convenient.
