Looking for a 5th housemate in a beautiful, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC friendly 3 story Mt. Pleasant group house. Room is available August 2, 2025. One year lease.
The room is on the second floor and has two closets, radiator heating, and a big window with western light. A bathroom is shared with two other people on the same floor. The room is about 11x10ft and the walls are painted a light blue. Walls can be repainted if desired.
Even with multiple bedrooms, the house is large enough that you have a lot of quiet, personal space and privacy. High ceilings make the house feel very roomy and airy. There is central air and radiator heat in the house and a large laundry and storage room on 2nd floor. Utilities run $40- $80/mo depending on the season. The departing housemate has furniture (bed, etc) and is selling.
Yearlong lease. No pets allowed, unfortunately.
The shared living space includes a sitting room with a big western-facing window and huge kitchen with eating area and western exposure for lots of light. There is a back patio that is quiet and private. House is mostly furnished and kitchen is fully stocked but if you have some stuff, there's room for that too!
Parking is street parking. 95% of the time there is parking within one block of the house.
