The house has all the normal essentials; laundry, dishwasher, central air, etc. You’d be joining two guys and two cats. Room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished.

The house is in a prime location. Steps away from all the busses on North Capitol and Florida Ave. and a 10-minute walk from the NoMa metro. If you have a car, there is always street parking available close to the house. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, Union Market, and several other stores and restaurants are all within a ten-minute walk or drive.

First floor of the apartment has an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Kitchen is well stocked and living room is furnished. There’s also one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Second floor has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a washer/dryer room.

Your roommates would be two guys who do most of their socializing out of the house and like to live in a peaceful, relaxed environment. We’re still friendly and occasionally have people over for dinner/drinks, but we mostly like to do our own things. We’re adults who respect each other, the space, and do our fair share of the chores – and we’re looking for the same. We split electric, gas, and internet, and household goods which comes in about $80-$130/month depending on the season. There are also two friendly, outgoing cats.

Landlord is very responsive to needs and downstairs neighbors are quiet and friendly.
