The bedroom is west-facing with ample light and a balcony for enjoying the sunset. The room is down the hall on the first level and has an adjacent bathroom - the other two roommates' beds on the above level. The dog in the pictures is moving with me and sadly not part of the deal.
The apartment has in-unit washer and dryer. Rent does not include utilities, which run about $100-150 depending on use.
Located in Mt. Pleasant (a village in the city, as they say), this apartment is highly transit accessible: a 10 minute walk to the Columbia Heights Metro, 20 minutes to Woodley Park, and just a few blocks away from the 42, 43, S2, and S9 buses. The apartment is two blocks away from shops along Mt. Pleasant Street, and a 10 minute walk from Target, Giant, and Lidl.
You will be living with two respectful male roommates (34 and 24). Above all, they're looking for someone clean, responsible, and friendly.
