Personal care:
Activities of daily living.
(As needed); Showering and grooming, dressing, bed baths, assistance with toileting.
General health care: Overseeing medication and prescriptions usage, taking and recording vital signs and performance, pain/stress control service; appointment reminders, will take you to your medical or dental appointments.
Mobility assistance: Help with getting in and out of bed, wheelchair, car or shower. (This can only be done if you the client are able to help. I cannot lift more than 50 pounds alone without help).
Companionship/Conversation and Emotional Support:
Provided while always looking for, listening for and tracking any changes in health and emotions.
Activities:
As you are able to handle, the inclusion of;
Arts and Crafts, Musical instruments, Music, Singing, Dance, Comedy (playful jokes and story telling), Outdoor Field trips (walks, beach, park, theaters, shopping, restaurants).
