The room's price includes all utilities, giving you one less thing to worry about in your monthly budget. You'll also have access to Wi-Fi, A/C, a laundry room, a beautiful new kitchen, and a new bathroom in a casual, comfortable home with a cross-cultural context.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood filled with hard-working people and a non-smoking household. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Red Line and provides easy access to Harvard, MIT, and Mass General Hospital, among other locations. Additionally, it is conveniently located along bus routes.

We're fortunate to live in an urban oasis with easy access to everything the Alewife Natural Preserve offers, including the Minuteman bike path, two parks, several sports fields, a public swimming pool, Fresh Pond, and Spy Pond. The apartment is also within walking distance of Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, cafes, cinemas, restaurants, and bookstores, as well as a pub and a CVS at the end of the street.
