• Rent: $950/week with a $950 security deposit
• Additional bills: Wi-Fi, PG&E, occasional cleaning service, and any shared household items

• Short walk to Dolores Park and other popular Mission neighborhood spots
• Nearby favorites: Bi-Rite, Tartine, Dandelion, Tacolicious, and more
• Great access to Muni and BART as well as Bay Wheels bike share stations
• Close to SF’s only outdoor public pool.

About me: I’m a friendly, mature, lesbian woman in my 50s who enjoys hiking, travel, languages (Spanish and French), biking, skiing, knitting and yoga. I work full-time in public health research and data analytics and appreciate a warm, friendly atmosphere in the apartment. I value honesty, open communication, and respect for personal space. I enjoy an active life outside the apartment and balance that with time at home to recharge or catch up on things.

Ideal roommate: Looking for a mature, responsible, clean, considerate, and friendly individual who enjoys both connection and independence. This is a wonderful place for someone who wants to enjoy a vibrant neighborhood, values a peaceful living space, and appreciates respectful and communicative shared living for a short-term stay. The space has charm and personality, and I’d love to find someone who appreciates that and adds to the welcoming, peaceful feel of our place. Please be willing to recycle and compost according to SF/Recology guidelines.
