House is in Far East Austin, in Austin Colony near Tesla. It has been recently completely updated, so no skankity bathrooms, dark spaces, or nasty & old appliances. The house gets lots of natural light, and has a large living space, dining area, and an eat-in island. Have bedrooms with or without a private bathroom.

LGBTQIA+ or Allies. Prefer male roommates, because that's what I am used to, but I'm open minded.

What you can expect from me:

-A totally clean house, that I expect to be maintained by anyone moving in. I take my shoes off at the door, and I clean up after myself.

-All appliances, the entire house, landscaping will be maintained by me.

-Fiber Internet

-Fully Furnished common areas, and I am willing to furnish the bedroom(s) if needed.

-A respectful atmosphere. During the week, quiet time is after 10 pm - 9 am. Weekends can be more flexible obviously, though generally I want to create an environment that is protective and inclusive of anyone that moves in.

-I will have a maid come to the house every other week, to clean. This person will not do your dishes or laundry, but they will keep the house, kitchen, bathrooms and common areas clean.

-I have 1 garage parking space available, and there is a Tesla charger I am happy to share.

-I am specifically seeking other ***, trans, LGBTQIA+ people to live with. FWIW, since this is shared space, and I will be living in the home as well, this is totally acceptable, and completely within the confines of the law.
