Looking for someone to take over my lease in a shared house with 3 other females who all attend UT. 1 is a Junior and the other 2 are seniors. The lease renews in June because it’s a yearly lease but i’m looking to move out asap and I need someone to take over my spot. The room is a 12x12 and comes unfurnished. You’d be sharing a bathroom with the junior but she keeps her space very clean and if you choose to stay after the lease renews then you can move to one of the 2 rooms the seniors are in which have their own bathroom. The rent is $763 a month and utilities are $110-130 a month. I’m looking to move out asap so please reach out if interested.
