The Consulate General of India, Houston, and the Indian Diaspora invite community members, families and friends to participate in the 2nd Viksit Bharat Run 2026. The 3K–5K walk/run will take place at George Bush Park in Houston on Sunday, September 20, beginning at 7:30 AM.
The community event celebrates fitness, unity, India’s independence spirit and the shared vision of a developed India. Participants can choose to walk or run, making the event suitable for different fitness levels.
