A New World of Peace, a free immersive concert combining music, poetry, meditation, and creative visualization, will take place in New York City on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

The two-hour program will feature the music and writings of Indian spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy, performed by the International Sahadeva Ensemble and arranged and conducted by Sahadeva Torpy.

The concert is designed as a reflective musical journey centered on peace, unity, inner silence, and connection. Audiences will experience meditation through music, recitations, sound therapy elements, and performances by an international ensemble of musicians representing more than 20 countries.
