A forager, chef, and flavor alchemist, Lorenzo cooks up unfrogettable dishes. For this event, he’s crafting Wild Plant Tacos featuring foraged greens, Ohio Till Farmstead black beans, tomato, pickled garlic scapes straight from his garden, cilantro stems, and a fresh nixtamal tortilla made with Ohio corn.
