Sweet pup, but won't "come" when called. Looks as if he or she was hit by a car, but has been enthusiastically running around on three legs and eating food neighbors put out for him or her. I don't want bad people to pick it up, and hopefully pound won't get it because they'll probably euthanize it. A shame because it seems sweet, intelligent and has spirit.
