Celebrate International Yoga Day 2026 with Yoga Seva Sangh at Friends of Riverview Fisk Park, Jersey City, NJ, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 8 AM to 11 AM. Participants will experience a holistic yoga session including Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), warm-up exercises, standing and sitting poses for stability, prone and supine poses for strength and recovery, pranayama (breathing techniques), and guided mindfulness practices.
