Learn to prepare spiced chicken dishes and classic South Indian favorites in this immersive, hands-on cooking workshop. Each participant works at their own station to make:

• Chicken 65 – crispy, tangy, and red chili-kissed
• Classic Chicken Biryani – fragrant rice layered with aromatic masala spices
• Cucumber-Onion Raita & Mango Lassi – refreshing sides to balance the meal

No experience is required. All ingredients and equipment are provided. The class is fun, relaxing, and suitable for both first-timers and cooking enthusiasts. Guests ages 21+ are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy during the class.
