Copper is a small Beagle mix that weighs between 20-25 pounds. He is a sweet dog that loves to run around in the backyard and enjoys sitting in your lap for a back rub. Copper is about 1.5 years old.
Copper is great with children and our other small dog, but does not seem to like cats. He is a smart dog that catches on quickly.
He is fixed and current on shots.
We adopted Copper about a year ago when he was found wandering a parking lot. We did not originally intend to keep him, but he was such a sweet boy we wanted to give it a try.
Over this past year we have concluded he needs a home where he can get more attention. He loves to run and play and we simply don’t have the time to give him the attention he needs. Our other dog is content sleeping all day and just laying next to us all evening. Copper would be great in a home with a big backyard and young kids that like to throw a ball for him.
Copper is house trained, but we also follow a strict schedule of walking our dogs before they are allowed to run free in the house. He is also used to being in a kenneled area (a 20 sq ft area) for up to 10 hours without any accidents.
We are asking for a $50 rehoming fee which will include collar, leash, harness, kennel, and food.
Located in northwest Houston in the Spring / Klein / Tomball area.
We would like to find his forever home and are in no rush to rehome him.
