The process of renting a home is simple and straight forward. No hidden fees or addition charges outside of our standard rental agreement. We prefer a 3 month minimum rental but other terms can be negotiated. Each home is completely checked over and sanitized between tenants. We provide regular lawn service and repairs are done promptly. Most homes are gated and all are safe and secure. Back yards are well fenced to keep children and pets safe.
