RV has been remodeled on the inside and currently is at an RV park in Leander. RV has been lived in but stationary. Engine turns on but will either need to be towed to new location or can stay at the current gated park due to tire wear. RV park is pet friendly, has a playground, and there is turf and a storage unit on the space for $700 a month plus electric. Site also has WiFi available for no extra charge. For long term stay will need to do a background check.

Engine is a triton V10 with less than 53,000 miles and has a trickle charger for the battery. There is one slide out in the living room and fits a queen size bed in the back bedroom. Tons of storage both inside and outside of the RV. RV needs to be sold by the end of April or to have a new tenant by May 1st.
