Looking for a nice, responsible person to share our home. We live in a great, hundred year old, wooden place, with a big yard and cozy porch. What it lacks in fancy it makes up for in awesome. The available room is around 150+ sq ft with a small closet and shared bathroom. The house is well furnished and the bedroom is not.

You are old enough to be responsible and dependable, young enough to occasionally hang out and have fun, experienced enough with group living to clean up after yourself and not be passive aggressive, not too straight or too *** up, pay your shit on time without being asked, say what you mean and keep your word.

The Rent is $625, bills are between $75 - $150 including Google fiber internet. The Deposit is one month rent plus $100, half due at move in, remainder due within 4 weeks. A $100 non-refundable payment, to cover possible administrative relisting costs, is required for this advertisement to be pulled from craigslist and all interviews to be cancelled, thereby holding the room in trust for the payee. This $100 payment will be applied to the first 1/2 deposit payment at the time the lease is signed. Prorated rent applies if you wish to move in before the beginning of the next month.

We are preferentially looking for someone who would like to live here for at least one year and has been in Austin for at least one year. We are open to well-behaved pets. We have two old, chill dogs who get along well with cats.
