Kids can enjoy a fun and energetic wellness experience at the K-POP Demon Hunter Dance and Yoga Wellness Event taking place in Elmwood Park, Illinois. Hosted by Michelle Bisconti, this exciting event blends music, dance, yoga, and creative activities to create a joyful and confidence-building environment for young participants. Inspired by the powerful style and energy of K-pop culture, the event encourages children to express themselves through movement while also learning mindfulness and relaxation techniques.

The experience begins with a check-in session and a fun Style Braid Bar where kids can choose a K-pop inspired hairstyle before joining the activities. This is followed by a 30-minute high-energy K-pop dance class where children learn an easy and exciting routine that encourages teamwork, rhythm, and stage confidence.

After the dance session, participants transition into a themed yoga and mindfulness segment. This portion of the event focuses on playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and simple calming techniques that help children develop balance, flexibility, focus, and emotional awareness.

The event concludes with creative themed crafts, light refreshments, and a special goodie bag for every participant. A photo backdrop will also be available so kids can capture memorable moments with friends. Throughout the program, positive affirmations and confidence-building activities are woven into the experience to help children feel empowered and inspired.
