A little bit about me... I've lived in NYC for 10 plus years, work in fashion and sometimes travel for work. You would be staying in the other room and living with me. I'm easy going, but adamant about keeping the place clean. Would like a full time student with proof of enrollment, and or someone who works full time preferably not from home. Will need to provide references from previous apartments as well. Minimum few months stay, would prefer long term for the right fit.
