Our goal is to provide Maximum Cashback on New Home Purchase. Buying a New Home (Get Cash Back anywhere from 2.9% to 5% of the purchase price of your new home)When the Builder pays us our 3% commission at closing, we will keep $1000 and give you 3% minus $1000 (dependant on the Builder paying us 3% commission). Some builders pay us 4%, 5% since we do sell lot of their homes. We will pass these savings to our customers. Existing Homes also we have 2.75% Cash Back conditions apply.
