Semira Nikou is a seasoned legal professional specializing in international economic regulation and trade policy. With extensive experience in public service, she has served as a special assistant general counsel at the US Mission to the World Trade Organization and as a law clerk at the Office of the US Trade Representative. She has also gained valuable insight working as a legal volunteer at the Legal Aid Society of Hawai'i, and as a law clerk for the Honorable Amy B.
