Macho hero Gopichand and Sriwass’ forthcoming venture Rama Banam is a family entertainer laced with action elements. Promotional activities are in full swing for the movie. For the first time, the makers revealed the plotline of the movie through the theatrical trailer which has been unveiled during a grand event in Rajahmundry.
The trailer begins with the voiceover of Gopichand who says, “This moment and this journey were unplanned and unexpected.” Dimple Hayathi is introduced as a vlogger from Kolkata. The love track is youth appealing. Then, Jagapathi Babu makes his entry as Gopichand’s brother who tells the importance of healthy food and healthy relationships.
The good intentions of Jagapathi Babu bring troubles to the family in the form of a corporate mafia. How the brothers together fight them forms the crux.
Gopichand played the character that has different shades remarkably. While his stunts appeal to the masses, he brings laughs with his comedy timing. Jagapathi Babu is at his usual best. Dimple Hayathi offered a glamor feast. Khushbu is another asset. The presence of Vennela Kishore, Ali, Saptagiri, Satya, Getup Srinu etc. assures enough entertainment.
Sriwass showed his mark in dealing with action and comedy sequences. He made sure the movie will equally appeal to all sections of audiences. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and co-produced by Vivek Kuchibhotla on People Media Factory, the film is made on a grand scale with a high budget. The production design looks lavish.
Vetri Palanisamy’s cinematography and Mickey J Meyer’s background score are the other highlights. Bhupathi Raja has written the story for this movie. Madhusudan Padamati has provided dialogues, while Prawin Pudi is the editor. All in all, the bombarding trailer increases expectations for the movie.
Rama Banam is getting ready for release in the summer on May 5th.
