Box Office: Virupaksha reaches break even

Sai Dharam Tej, for the first time in his career has tried his hand at content driven films and this effort has firmly paid off for the young actor who had been in desperate need of success at the box office.

Sai's latest theatrical release, Virupaksha has started off on a very bright note at the box office and it managed to post a very good weekend.

The film has now collected a shade under Rs 25 crores share in its 4-day run at the box office and it is already a hit in terms of theatrical investments and returns.

The film needed to collect Rs 25 crores for the breakeven mark and it has now attained the same in just 4 days. This is also the highest grossing film in Sai's career thus far, which adds another feather to his cap.

Virupaksha is a mystical action thriller featuring Sai and Samyuktha Menon in the lead roles. The film has collected Rs 24.35 crores share till now and here's a look into the actual box office returns of the film.
