Strangely enough, the entirety of 2023 has been wasted by Tollywood star heroes as the likes of Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan, Jr NTR and Allu Arjun didn't have a single new release this year.

The only two superstar films that released this year were Adipurush and Bro, both of which had failed miserably to attract the audience.

For some odd reason, both Allu Arjun and Ram Charan have been delaying Pushpa 2 and Game Changer respectively for years together.

And as for NTR, he had a delayed start to Devara as the project took well over 18 months to take off from the day it was announced.

And Mahesh Babu too wasted a lot of time with Guntur Karam as the film had a change of scripts, then the portion was reshot and then the cast was changed. This film should've ideally hit the theaters this summer but that isn't to be.

However, there are reports that 2023 could end on a high with the arrival of Salaar which is likely to release in October or November. If this film can close the year on a high with its box office impact, then there will be reasonable justice to 2023 by Tollywood top stars, else, the year has gone in waste
