Nara Lokesh is evidently taken aback by the untimely arrest of his father and also TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu. This comes at the worst possible juncture for Lokesh and also the TDP troops with less than 7 months to go for the elections.
In this context, Lokesh has announced that he is suspending Yuvagalam Yatra till further notice as he is now with the responsibility of leading TDP from the front in this hour of crisis.
Earlier, Lokesh turned emotional about the arrest of CBN and he went on to term this as an illegal arrest.
"I write to you today with a heart heavy with pain and eyes moistened with tears. I've grown up watching my father pour his heart and soul into the betterment of Andhra Pradesh and the Telugu people. He never knew a day of rest, tirelessly striving to transform millions of lives" Lokesh tweeted.
