Akhil Akkineni's Agent had finally sealed its official OTT streaming date as it was announced that the film would be streamed on Sony Liv from the 29th of this month.

However, cut to now, there is another change in plans as the latest updates are suggesting that the film's release could get postponed.

Vizag Satish, a leading distributor in the Andhra region had acquired the theatrical right of the film and he sustained huge losses. He has now filed a start order on the OTT release of Agent.

Satish mentioned that the producer is yet to settle the losses from the theatrical losses incurred by Agent and he has now moved the court against the producer.

Satish's lawyer informs that the court ordered a stay on the OTT release of Agent and adds that the film will not be permitted to stream on Sony Liv from the 29th of this month, as scheduled earlier.

As it appears, there will be a delay in the OTT release of Agent now. But an official word on the same is awaited for now.
