NTR made a notable appearance at Beyond Fest 2024 as he promotes his much-anticipated film "Devara," set for release on September 27. During his interaction in Los Angeles, NTR opened up about the film's development and his unique experience in this dual-role project.
Last seen in the blockbuster "RRR," where he starred alongside Ram Charan, NTR confirmed that "Devara" marks his return as a solo lead. When asked about the differences between his roles in "RRR" and "Devara," NTR humorously quipped, “This time, it is me and me. I am playing both father and son.” He elaborated that the father, named Devara, and the son, Vara, navigate a narrative filled with action and emotion, but refrained from revealing too many spoilers.
Beyond Fest 2024 runs from September 25 to October 9 in Los Angeles, showcasing a range of films, and NTR expressed excitement about presenting "Devara" at the festival. His engaging presence has undoubtedly drawn attention to the film.
In terms of ticket sales, "Devara" is off to a promising start, with advance sales in the USA showing remarkable interest. NTR has already set a record by achieving $2 million in premieres with consecutive films, highlighting the growing appeal of Indian cinema in international markets.
