Tharun Bhascker is back on screen, this time as an actor, with the upcoming Telugu film Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi. Directed by debutant Sajeev AR and produced by S Originals in collaboration with Movie Verse Studios, the film promises a unique take on rural relationships, blending realism with metaphorical storytelling. The makers unveiled the film’s title and a concept video that has already started stirring curiosity.

The title poster, though not revealing the faces of the lead pair, sets the tone of a rustic marital conflict. With a fight scene between the characters in the backdrop, the imagery hints at the central tension in the story. The real twist, however, comes in the concept video, which introduces Eesha Rebba as Kondaveeti Prashanti, a spirited village woman. Tharun Bhascker plays her husband, Ambati Omkar Naidu. While the two get married, the harmony doesn’t last long as conflict soon brews between them.
