Vijay Deverakonda Calls Rashmika Mandanna Rushie in Adorable Moment at US Event

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are turning heads in the US, and their latest appearance at the 43rd India Day Parade has sparked much excitement. In a viral video from a fan meet-and-greet, Vijay Deverakonda can be seen calling Rashmika by her nickname, "Rushie," while interacting with a fan. This sweet moment has added fuel to the ongoing rumors about their relationship.

The two stars attended the India Day Parade in the US, along with Vijay’s parents, marking their first public appearance together in recent times. During the fan meet, Vijay complimented a fan on his sunglasses and playfully called Rashmika "Rushie" in a cute exchange. He even told the fan in Telugu that they would be back to meet him.

Another video from the India Day Parade shows Rashmika performing the hit song "Saami Saami" from Pushpa: The Rise. As soon as the song began, Vijay moved away and didn't join the dance, but Rashmika captivated the audience with her energetic performance, joined by the dancers on stage to recreate the iconic hook steps of the song.

Vijay and Rashmika were honored as Grand Marshals at the parade, where they led the event alongside several other dignitaries. On the work front, the two are gearing up for their third collaboration after the successes of Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade. They are set to star together in VD 14, directed by Rahul Sankrityan, though an official announcement is still awaited.
