The actor is currently preparing for his upcoming film with director Prashanth Neel, tentatively titled Dragon. Dragon is touted as a massive-scale action thriller with high-octane combat sequences. Reports suggest that a giant house set worth nearly Rs 15 crore has been built exclusively for Jr NTR’s character. The film, jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts, features Rukmini Vasanth as the female lead with music composed by Ravi Basrur. Dragon is scheduled to release on June 25, 2026. Jr NTR is expected to resume shooting in September for the second schedule. Meanwhile, the actor was last seen in his Bollywood debut War 2, co-starring Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, and others, which connected him to Yash Raj Films’ spy universe.
