Ravi Mohan In Fresh Trouble As Chennai Bungalow Faces Seizure Over Unpaid Loans
Ravi Mohan, a noted actor in Tamil cinema, is once again in the spotlight for the wrong reasons. His Injambakkam bungalow in Chennai has come under serious trouble after three private bank officials reportedly pasted a seizure notice on the property. The notice claims that the actor has failed to pay installments for nearly 11 months, with dues amounting to more than Rs. 7.60 crore still pending.
This is not the first time Ravi Mohan has faced such financial complications. Earlier, production house Touch Gold Universal had already moved legally against him. They alleged that he had accepted an advance of Rs. 6 crore for two films but instead acted in other projects, breaching their agreement. The company had also sought the confiscation of the same bungalow, and with the banks now stepping in, the situation has only grown more complicated.
Ravi Mohan recently launched his own production company and is currently working on a film titled Ordinary Man. However, the fresh financial setback has raised concerns among fans and industry insiders who worry that his mounting troubles might cast a shadow over his professional commitments. With multiple parties pursuing legal action and the risk of losing his property, the actor’s future in cinema looks uncertain.
Industry analysts believe that unless he manages to settle the dues quickly, the situation could affect not just his personal assets but also the progress of his upcoming ventures. For audiences who have admired his work, the unfolding controversy is being closely watched as one of the most talked-about off-screen dramas in Kollywood.
