Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has once again captured headlines not for her movies, but for the staggering earnings of her luxury restaurant Bastian in Mumbai. Amid an ongoing Rs 30.48 crore fraud case involving Shilpa and her husband Raj Kundra, writer and socialite Shobhaa De has revealed that the actress’s restaurant reportedly earns an unbelievable ₹2–3 crore in a single night.

In an interview with Mojo Story, Shobhaa De said she was shocked after witnessing the scale of Bastian’s business firsthand. “On a slow night, the turnover is ₹2 crore, and during weekends, it’s ₹3 crore. It’s unbelievable,” she remarked. Describing the restaurant, Shobhaa shared that Bastian spans 21,000 square feet, accommodates nearly 1,400 diners, and offers a 360-degree view of Mumbai. She also mentioned that guests often arrive in luxury cars like Lamborghinis and Aston Martins, and the crowd includes young people spending lakhs on premium drinks.

Shilpa Shetty, who partnered with restaurateur Ranjit Bindra in 2019, has since expanded her footprint in India’s hospitality sector. With Bastian becoming one of Mumbai’s most talked-about fine-dining destinations, the revelation of its massive nightly turnover has stunned both fans and industry insiders. Despite the ongoing controversies, Shilpa’s business empire continues to thrive, solidifying her status as one of Bollywood’s most successful entrepreneurs.
