Veteran Malayalam superstar Mammootty has officially been confirmed as part of the cast of the upcoming Tamil film tentatively titled D55, headlined by Dhanush and directed by Rajkumar Periasamy. D55 marks Mammootty’s return to Tamil cinema after a gap of seven years.
