Ram Charan’s upcoming film Peddi is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated summer releases in Telugu cinema. The makers have officially locked April 30 as the worldwide release date, and the team is currently working at a fast pace to meet the deadline. Despite rumors about a possible delay due to pending shoot and extensive post production requirements, the production unit is pushing ahead with tight schedules to ensure timely completion.

At present, the film is in its final stages of shooting, with the climax scenes being filmed. The talkie portion is expected to be completed by the end of this month, which will mark a major milestone for the project. However, a couple of songs are still pending and are scheduled to be shot in April, including a special number that is expected to add commercial appeal.

On the post production side, work is progressing simultaneously. Music composer A. R. Rahman has already completed the re recording for the first half, indicating that the team is managing both shooting and post production in parallel to save time. This kind of planning is crucial for big budget films aiming for fixed release dates.
