Actor Ishaan Khatter has just announced his next exciting film, Jugaadu, which is set to be another highly anticipated project in his growing filmography. The film, which marks his collaboration with Punjabi actor Tania, will be directed by Palash Vaswani, best known for his work on the popular web series Gullak available on Sony LIV. The project is backed by Tips Films and Baweja Studios.

Homebound and Recent Projects

Before Jugaadu, Ishaan was last seen in the critically acclaimed film Homebound, directed by Neeraj Ghaywan. In the movie, he played Shoaib, a Muslim youth from a North Indian town, opposite Vishal Jethwa. The film delves into the lives of two childhood friends who dream of escaping societal hostility by becoming police officers.

Additionally, Ishaan is preparing for the next season of his Netflix web series The Royals, where he plays Prince Aviraaj Singh. The show’s new season is already confirmed and will feature new challenges for his character as he navigates the responsibilities of royal life after his father’s death.
