The makers of Nani's The Paradise have firmly denied recent rumors suggesting that the film is undergoing reshoots and could face another delay. In a statement issued on Tuesday, the film's team confirmed that The Paradise is still on track for its theatrical release on August 21, 2026. Initially scheduled to release on March 26, the film was postponed in February to avoid a clash with other major films like Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic.
The team emphasized that the film has been progressing as originally planned, with over 100 successful shooting days already completed. They assured fans that the remaining production schedule was proceeding without any further delays. Addressing the speculation surrounding potential reshoots, the makers clarified that no reshoots have taken place, nor are any planned in the future. They reinforced that the project has been executed with precision and aligned with their initial vision, avoiding any unnecessary changes to the production process.
The statement also encouraged the public to rely solely on official updates from the film’s channels, warning against the spread of false information. The team reassured fans that any rumors would be addressed directly by them.
The Paradise, starring Nani, Raghav Juyal, and Mohan Babu, features music by Anirudh Ravichander and is set in Secunderabad. It will be released in all South Indian languages and Hindi. Nani, who was last seen in Saripodhaa Sanivaaram and HIT: The Third Case, will appear in a new look with long braided hair and a nose pin. The film is expected to create a significant buzz in the industry upon its release.
