Actors Suriya and Jyotika celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary by renewing their marriage vows in an intimate Christian-style ceremony. A video shared by Jyotika showed the actors exchanging vows in a church setting. Jyotika wore a classic white bridal gown, while Suriya complemented her in formal attire. Their daughter Diya and son Dev were present, along with members of the extended family. Reports said Suriya’s brother and actor Karthi also attended the ceremony.

Jyotika introduced the ceremony as “the sequel” to their marriage and described the occasion as a celebration of “20 years of love and war.” Rather than presenting their relationship as flawless, she focused on the adjustments, sacrifices and understanding that helped them grow together.
