Ravi Teja’s collaboration with director Vivek Athreya has been introduced as Thulabharam through an unconventional title documentary. Rather than relying solely on a poster or a brief announcement, the team presents a humorous account of how the film’s name was chosen. Playful exchanges and creative confusion turn the naming process into an entertaining promotional video. Released by My Home Ram, the documentary offers an early glimpse of the team’s comic sensibility. The phrase “Nava Ravitejamu” also signals the makers’ intention to present a fresh chapter in Ravi Teja’s screen career.
Thulabharam Launch Brings Filmmakers Together
The project was formally launched with a pooja ceremony on October 11. V.V. Vinayak presented the script to the makers, while Chandu switched on the camera and actor Sree Vishnu gave the ceremonial clap. Directors Shiva Nirvana and Bobby jointly directed the opening shot. The ceremony marked the project’s formal beginning, with regular filming expected to commence shortly. Producers Laxman and Srini Rao are backing the film under the Bridge Productions banner.
Thulabharam Cast Introduces Ravi Teja as Crime Maharaja
Widely recognised as Mass Maharaja, Ravi Teja receives a new promotional identity for Thulabharam: Crime Maharaja. The title announcement uses the moniker to suggest a different flavour for his character, although detailed information about the role remains undisclosed. Priyanka Mohan and Anaswara Rajan have been signed as the female leads. The film is expected to blend crime, drama and entertainment, bringing Ravi Teja’s energetic screen presence together with Vivek Athreya’s storytelling approach. The makers have yet to reveal the central plot or explain how the characters connect.
Thulabharam Crew Features Vivek Sagar and Theni Eswar
Vivek Sagar will compose the film’s music, while Theni Eswar ISC will handle cinematography. Their involvement adds to the creative team assembled for Ravi Teja and Vivek Athreya’s collaboration. The title documentary establishes a playful tone for the announcement while leaving room for later promotional material to introduce the film’s crime and dramatic elements. With the formal launch completed and filming expected to begin shortly, further updates on the production schedule, character looks and release plans are awaited.
