Plot

Set against the backdrop of the 1948 Bairan Palli incident, Champion follows Michael, a young man who dreams of going to England to play football. Held back by his father’s strict discipline, Michael takes a risky path, delivering guns in Bidar to fund his dream. Circumstances trap him in the village of Bairan Palli, where tragedy strikes and ordinary villagers display extraordinary courage.
