Delivery Boy is a Tamil action drama starring Leo Sivakumar as a young food delivery rider who dreams of becoming a police officer. His ordinary life changes dramatically when his mother suffers critical injuries and urgently requires expensive medical treatment.
Desperate to save her, the young man steals money from an unsuspecting person. Several months later, he discovers that the same person has been falsely accused of murder. Burdened by guilt, the delivery rider risks his future and his dream of joining the police force to save the man whose life he unknowingly changed.
