Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping in all department areas of the main building.
• Dispose of trash from bins and containers.
• Gather and dispose of cardboard.
• Scrub sinks and toilets in bathrooms.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintain and upkeep all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
• Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of cleaning products.
• Keep all public spaces neat and tidy.
• Report repairs or replacements needed during the job.
• Comply with company safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
Skills & Qualifications
• Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to job responsibilities.
• Flexible with schedules and routines; strong time management skills.
• Detail-oriented in cleaning tasks.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk throughout the day, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques.
• Comfortable working in a positive, diverse environment.
• Willing to work weekends and/or occasional holidays.
Experience
• Previous cleaning experience in a professional environment is helpful.
