Root beer metallic brown paint that looks black in lower light and sparkles in the sun. A lot of people think it's from the 1970's. Low miles, 4488, which could go up a little. This has been a great bike for camping, sport touring and trips. It handles well for all kinds of backroads, the mountains and cities, with or without a passenger. I am the first owner and mature and it has been gently and carefully ridden. The extensive list of accessories are all practical and related to comfort and convenience, especially for travel. There are so many, I'm probably forgetting a few. All stock parts are included.
These are factory accessories from Kawasaki: low seat (unused stock height included), axle sliders, heated grips and center stand.
These are from the aftermarket: New recent lithium-ion battery, lower "superbike" handlebars, anodized orange bar-ends, CRC lanesplitter mirrors, RAM phone mount, USB power outlet, touring windshield (not currently mounted), unused tank bag with specific mount, SW Motech engine guard, and Givi luggage mounts for 3 cases. The huge top case has extra lighting built in, and a rack and backrest. You can have your choice of black plastic side cases or unused aluminum cases. The 3 black cases are much older than 2018 and have been on several other motorcycles, so they are sun faded and worn from use. The only other damage is a scratch in the paint of the engine guard. This is not from a drop or crash, just parking close to a wall.
This is a great all-around bike that is easy to handle but also really powerful and smooth. It is in the spirit of all-rounder 1970's motorcycles (UJM's !) that did many things, though it's much more powerful and lighter than those. It has ABS and traction control (and a lot of practical accessories). It also retains the stock exhaust system, which has impressive Kawasaki engineering to make it sound great, yet is quiet and legal (and polite to neighbors !).
It is stored in a garage storage space. I do not need any help selling.
