Mahesh Babu and Trivikram’s SSMB28 has been struggling to get things going. The shoot was delayed for an elongated period of time after the first schedule and it is yet to resume the shoot.
With all the delay, it is confirmed that the film will not make it to the theaters by this April, as announced by the makers earlier.
The makers had initially announced that the film will be released on the 28th of April, 2023. But with the prolonged delays in the shoot, the makers are having to track back on the release plan.
The latest developments are suggesting that the film’s release has been pushed from the 28th of April to the 11th of August. This is a speculation for now and an official announcement on the same is expected to be out in the due course.
As things stand, 11 August theatrical release shot looks very likely for the Mahesh Babu starrer. This way, the unit will have enough time to wrap the shoot and work on the post production.
Thaman is composing the music for the supposed action thriller which will have Pooja Hegde in the female lead role. Haarika Hassine creations are bankrolling the project.
