Samantha has been recovering from the Myositis condition that she had been suffering from for the past few months. The actress has delayed her ongoing projects in order to accommodate her medical treatment.
Amidst Samantha's medical condition, there have been reports that the actress had been sidelined from her big OTT project - Citadel, an Amazon Prime Video original presentation.
It was reported that the makers couldn't contend with the delay in production due to Samantha and they've decided to opt her out. But that isn't to be.
As per the latest reports, the makers of Citadel are still affixed on having Samantha on board for the project. She is indeed very much a part of the project and any report claiming otherwise is completely baseless.
The actress is still very much a part of Citadel's Indian adaption and it will be directed by Raj and DK. This is the biggest project in Samantha's career in terms of production scale.
